Tried to take advantage of the usually non-existent Michigan winter sun. 1(ish) month in. Still a bit shadowy but you deal with what you’ve got.

Yep, I was on the eastern side (thumb area) and we got some decent inches while I was there… about 6. Not a big deal. We are projected to get maybe 5 in the next couple days in NYC and people are freaking out. I'm standing by for mass transit snafus and overall gridlock. People are lamenting temps in the teens... it's balmy compared to single digits and sub zero temperatures. It's nice to actually have to wear a winter coat this winter. First time in a few years. Lol

Right? I see all of these people freaking out about teens or temps in the 30s(f) and can’t help but think, “30? That’s short sleeve and sandal weather!”
