The Volvo Ocean Race is in town, so I took a trip down to see the boats. Not a lot to see.

If you want to get a good ocean race experience, go see the start of a French race. This is the docks for the Transat Jacques Vabre in 2005.

I've wanted to go to an isolation/float tank, but never got around to it.

How would you describe the experience?

I really think it’s different  for everybody, depending on how many times you’ve done it. I feel the more sessions you have the more you’re able to choose where you want your mind to go…...it’s trippy,  imagine if you would, having to move a finger or hand just to make sure it’s still there. Try it.

Its a relatively small building addition (20'x20'). what youre looking at is the footings for the foundation walls and the floor of the elevator pit. the buildings main purpose i assume is the elevator it will house. the job is at Yale University's School of Sacred Music. i have no idea what they do inside that school. its a tiny school located inside a Victorian era house. Yale has a some very large facilities that weve worked on. this is a rather small one.
