OK so this is the way I should have said it worked.

You can place in a stack at the time of purchase.  Our default action when we get an order for one of these, if not ordered with something else, is that it will go in your stack and will not be shipped.

When you next order soimething, we will assume that you want the tee released from your stack and shipped.

For all of those above you have already stacked a Tee, we will place in your stack  anyway and send you a "bugging" PM when they arrive.

So essentially, the stacking rule is: pay now, ship later if you bought it alone, so as to ship it with something else and save you some of the shipping cost, right?

I think it largely means you can't post in the thread that you want something held - "I'll take an M" - which hasn't even yet arrived. That's not stacking. And that's fully understandable.

So here is where we are at…...........

Apparently,  one letter in Japanese can make the difference beteen "instead of"  and "as well as".

So the 2011 Forum Tee's that are ready to ship are the exact same as last years version (in white), but with 2010 changed to 2011.

The white out of garment dyed indigo are still being made.

This is because when my order email got translated, "instead of" got changed to "as well as".

Bad news, you indigo fiends will have to wait a little longer, good news we now have 2 versions.

Tomorrow morning.  But will not be shipping for about 12 days as they are still in Japan waiting for some other stuff to be ready…....

EDIT.  It may take a little longer as we are trying to work out how to have; 1 colour, 5 sizes plus a shipping on its own or shipping with something else arrangement; which is effective and simple and decrements stock accurateley.
