Last night, my niece and her husband stopped in for the evening prior to going to Pfafftown, outside of Winston Salem to stay with my sister. After  some glasses of wine I realized I did not have anything for my nieces husband. They live in SF and have been to SESF with me, so I HAD A IH-526L-V2, washed never worn, that didn't really work for me, so he got it for Christmas. He loves it.

Last year Tommy got to pick our holiday destination and we ended up in LA. He loved it, it’s his favourite place he has ever visited and he has done a lot of travel for someone so young, so for Christmas Pam and I decided that rather than be lavish with each other we would book exactly the same holiday again and keep it as a Christmas surprise.

We let Tommy open all his presents then we made him do a treasure hunt around the house and finally he found the envelope with the booking in it, he cried, I cried

This is a very special kind of place with some amazing people.  I look forward to checking in daily to read about the adventures and happenings of all of you.  I enjoy that barbs can be thrown at each other without the mean spirited bite you often see in other forums.

I hope that in the future I can start meeting some of you.  With two small children and running a business, it’s often hard to find the time.

I wish all of you the best for this season and the upcoming New Year and want to thank the IH crew past and present!  You have made some magic happen and I wish the best to you in your current and future endeavours!

Lovely reading this page the last day. Hope everyone is having great time. My father got his first bit of IH today as a present, the duck apron. He’s a woodturner and should be able to put it to good use. I’ll try and sneak a pic of him.
