If it has pleats then that accounts for the deceiving measurements. If no pleats than it’s more iron heart magic.

I’d actually go with my regular shirt size too, but that’s because I anticipate having to layer quite heavily under it in the coldest part of winter up here.

Could the length and sleeve measurements have been swapped? Seems like it would make more sense the other way around.

I went for my usual IH shirt size. Fingers crossed for a good and versatile fit.
Hoping it will handle nicely both a T or an UHF underneath. If it does, I'll be golden.

The shirt is an IHSH-99. I painted the front of the snaps with a coat of black nail polish to give it a stealthier look.

@Jordan23 yes I dropped from XXL to XL on this one. While the shoulder width on the XXL is good, the remaining measurements were too large for me, especially the sleeves. With the XL I found the bi-swing offsets the narrower shoulder and the rest of the measurements provide a trimmer fit. Probably won't be able layer anything very thick underneath but I think this will prove to be plenty warm regardless.
