@Matty123 Boss fit, great cut. See what you mean about length. If you only lost an inch you should get some more with another hot soak/wash and honeycombs will take off .5". I had mine hemmed to 33.5 to allow for 2" shrink and while I haven't measured that's about where they are at.

Still, they aren't too long if you cuff and it looks like they're stacking really nicely on you so you could leave them without any problems imho. It's all about how you want to wear them and it looks to me like you have options.

        Great denim ain't it?  😉

Yeah man. The denim is great. I really like the cut too. I dot. Want to wear anything else

I bought a pair of 35w 888-nt on eBay and I’m glad I did. These fit far better than the 36w and I probably should’ve gone with my gut when I first ordered them. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Sizing down in these worked for me. But I learnt that lesson from owning the 888S.

I’m definitely getting a decent amount of stretch out of the UHR. I wanted to be sure that they wouldn’t shrink too much (these were my first run at unsanforized) but my conservative sizing was too conservative.

I definitely could have sized down. Starting to realize that now. But I’m slowly gaining weight, so considering I’ll be wearing these for two years I’m glad I got the 32s haha!

Better to be safe than sorry when it comes to ‘spensive denim?

Hah. Most of my fades happen while watching tv on the couch.

I've got similar wear and tear on the crotch… is this normal for a cut like this?

                                  Ohhhhhh that constitutional stitching!

Seriously, it’s fine. The crotch is an area that see’s a lot of wear if you walk as much as I do (10 miles plus per day), it’s just colour loss.

Both yes to the above. I bought these for the extra room for my massive melons and I scratch them all day. I assumed it was colour loss, but it just seemed to happen quicker which I put down to the cut of the jean. Everytime I step away from these for a day or two and come back to them I realise I want the 888 made in every fabric that IH does. Can wait for the 38 waist to be back in the 21oz.

This denim really stiffens up in the cold. its about 12F here.. while it doesn't let the wind through, it does get stiff as the day it came out of the blue bag.  once im back inside it softens right up. anybody else notice this?

I haven’t noticed that and it was 5f here last weekend.
