Do I need to allow for shrinkage with the hemming? I bought the IH888S with a hemming of 32 for the inseam which was just right.
Allow 2 inches, or soak then hem them local to you (i can send you a list of people in the USA)

Based on my experience with the 888S I'd say this point is pertinent.
Thanks Neph, figured as much. For sure the 33 will be too big for me both in waist and everywhere else, even after the shrinking.
Got the 32, can't wait. Now I just hope the inseam i requested will be alright. Allowed for 2 inch shrinkage plus 0.5-1" settling of the combs.

@celik , basically Alex washed the shit out of them before I got them as a shrink test.
@Mustafa911 , the waist was VERY tight when I first tried them on, I would guess it has expended probably more than an inch after 15 - 20 wears.

I'm guessing slightly less than an inch, the main shrink is in the waist but that does stretch back.

@neph93 , I too had the UHR busters but got rid of them as the cut wasn't ideal for me (esp. the huge ass leg opening in size 38 ???) and am now happily awaiting the 888NTs which should turn out perfectly. I think the UHR denim is so incredible it's worth wearing it in a perfect cut that guarantees the best evo of this fantastic denim. You wear the 888-cut perfectly by the way and there are still plenty of 888-UHRs left ;).
