I had the same issue and ended up sending my boots to whites because I was in a hurry. You could try sending a direct message on instagram.

I'm about to order a pair of Underdogs in Black Shell Cordovan.  I have a pair of engineer boots and Marine boondockers that he made me two years ago and his work is meticulous. 
Brian is professional and a decent, nice guy.

I have 2 pairs as well: Engineers, and what happens to be his first lace-ups (My M-42 Service Shoes).

Underdogs are likely my next purchase. EVENTUALLY… No time soon. They're gorgeous, definitely. And, the custom fit for everything he makes is beyond belief.

I think I am going to swing by his shop either this week or next and place my first order. Figured since he's so close I might as well take the guesswork out of any sizing and have him measure me up correctly.
