I know what you mean. I'm terrible with names as well. Luckyly, names can be avoided elegantly in conversaytions to a certain extend.

If I'm having twat, could I request it be modified to "The Twat" please? That way Tommy can have "Little Twat" and Pam can have "Married the Twat"
