Thanks for the input @budpatch!!! For a frame of reference, what size are you wearing in the pics, the fits looks good, and if you don't mind, can you give me a height/weight? I usually wear a medium in IH shirts and flannels. They fit great with a shoulder measurement of about 17.5 and a P2P of 21.5. I'm about 5'10 and 160. The medium and the large don't quite add up, but I'm leaning towards the medium.

No problem!  I'm 6' and 160lbs and I think other than the sleeve length the Medium would have worked for me on this shirt too.  I typically need as close to (or more than) a 26" sleeve as possible to accommodate my gorilla arms.  That being said, I don't feel like I had to compromise at all, I'm really happy with the overall fit.

Is it possible to get a side-by-side photo of the (IHSH-178) and (IHSH-99) ?

…since the (IHSH-178) replaced the (IHSH-99), but with a different denim, I was wondering if there is a any visible differences in the denim texture, weave, look, etc.

178 landed today: fvcking epic, understated awesomness.
Fit of the Large allows a large uhf underneath, while still looking boss af with just a T shirt too.
Love how muted the od color is and just the right amount of dim downed, contrast stitching.
This will get tons of weartime (sorry, black 162) this F/W.

Agree 100%!!

Have had a hard time wearing any other shirt/shacket/jacket since this arrived.  It works for everything.
