Pocketknives/Kitchen Knives/Fixed Blades

Sebenzas used to be semi custom, they had their bevels ground by hand up until a few years ago. They're currently CNC manufactured completely and hand fitted. A careful eye can see where the CNC left it's marks on the bevels
I already have someone in mind
The knife will be specific to IH, not an existing design with a logo on it.

I like the stew your cooking here Doug, I like it a lot! BTW, just today I received a large sebenza. I get it now. Thanks IH forum.

Doug, have you seen anything from Shing Crafts? I don't have one, but the guys on the British blades forum rave about his stuff. He's vey good by all accounts, and it's all bespoke stuff, high end materials etc. Perhaps a possible source for an IH forum knife.

Update - ignore me, just read your post above saying you had someone in mind, I must have skipped a page of posts!
Sounds exciting though!

Let's do that Doug.
Thank you both!!!
I feel like in keeping with the IH ethos of your "favorite" rugged wear this is the ideal product.
Much like my IH wallet, this is something that I would carry on my person every single day and therefore makes sense to be at the top of my list.
My finances dictate that one of the main factors in my IH purchases is the frequency of use they will get…
Looking forwrd to updates on this (and I'm stoked that it seems like a bunch of folks are on board with this!) -

@Geo:
I'm with K on this until we get to frequency of use - which to me implies carrying it about on your person - which is as near as damn a no go in UK and actually even more rigorously enforced in Scotland . . . basically makes the package a whole lot less attractive
Wow…
I had no idea. I live in a semi rural area in Northern California and I'm not exagerrating when I say that EVERYONE I know carries a knife. It's like an essential accesory around here.
Is it actually illegal to carry a knife over there?
