Unpopular opinions

^^^I can hear my wife yelling about "wearing shoes in the house"…. lol
i thought it was a western thing.. living in australia and my family here being british, we'd wear shoes/ slippers in the house. although i'd only wear them in and out and not around the whole day.. my dad on the other hand, if i did that in singapore, it'd be a smack across the face..
My Japanese wife picks up the dog, walks him to the bathtub and washes his paws every time we come back from walking him
nothing wrong with that imo. As a former dog owner I can tell you that it sucks @ss to have to clean up filth and whatever other random crap your dog brings in from outside. I once had the upholstery in my old car completely covered in mud thanks to a trip from the dog park. And yes, I had a blanket laid down in the back seat but the dog managed to cover other parts win mud because his entire body was wet and muddy.

Presumably, that is why you use the word "former" in your first sentence…
former, as in my dogs died, we had a child, I got divorced, etc, etc.

Sorry @UnTucked, I think you are the only one who likes those. Those are hideous. :o

@UnTucked may have just posted the most unpopular opinion in the history of the IH forum…. I'm actually not sure this one can be beat.

Aesthetics aside, I wear NB because they offer decent arch support and last forever. I have a pair of Adidas zx500's and those thing kill my feet and they developed holes pretty fast.

Those would go great with a tote bag
No tote compatibility, those black ones come free with the tartan shopping trolley. They are by far the pick of the bunch (in terms of their ability to convey aesthetic displeasure).
They look like something from the back page classified ads of newspapers and magazines, along with the hair clippers for family AND pets and the beige elasticated waist slacks (up to size 60"!).
EDIT: the natural/light pair aren't too bad though.

Maybe my slightly less unpopular opinion; I do not think NB sneakers look good in general either.
