Jusy spolen to Brett Viberg, the sample should be ready in 2 weeks.  I am hoping availability in late Spring…..

Gives us time to save up - thanks…

Cap toe boot recommendations?  I'm looking at C&J Coniston and similar.  Thanks.

These are similar to the C&J Coniston but a bit cheaper I think.

Not quite the same thing, as they're more overtly 'rugged' or military looking, but I like these:

It's Dutch (or Sud-Afrikaner) but I can't really translate it… Means 'shoe you wear out in the field'... It looks mighty nice though, and rugged as fuck...

the leather is heavily waxed - so can make the boot colour vary a lot with temperature, but they need a bit of TLC too

Thanks for the feedback, guys.  Some cool suggestions that I'll check out.

Geo, those look great.  Do put up some pics if you decide to give them a once over.

I have the shoe version, they are a wide fit and very comfy and bullet proof, excellent build, I would suggest going for a smooth sole and not the commando as it is slippery on pavements in winter (although probably very good on a grassy hill) but I'd then wear a different boot for that.

didn't the elastic side gusset leak a bit on your timberlands RB?

think that would normally be the problem area . . .

                                    anyway this type of thing?

i didnt  have problems with leaking because i never really submerged them completely.  its more just a day to day sorta boot for me.

basically i just wish blundstones were waterproof haha.

i've eyed those rm williams boots before but i want something that i dont care about absolutely destroying.

As a last minute reprieve I've had these logger soles stuck on to turn them in to a country shoe. I'm not sure whether it works or not?
