First time little tough. Once it's done and wore for few hours . Top button will get better after few use .

Cheers how long did you soak yours for,  they defiantly feel different even after drying off more rigid, button wise when trying them on the bottom one was a bugger so will do the top and middle for the time being

Depends on what you want.. a hot soak usually results in more shrinkage than a cold one. But it also depends on agitation, time, and weather or not you use soap.

.  Thought these were the toughest buttons ever. Ended up using a combination of putting sharpies through them and expanding needle nose pliars.

These jeans,by far,exceeeded my expectations of what a pair of jeans could be. Haven't stopped smiling since I got them. I put them straight into the washer. They came out fine.
