There was indeed a 46 made.  I've just checked with H that we can make a 46 in the brown collared version…Will still have both chest pockets. Flannel lining - possibly......

IHJ-54 is the model number for the brown version with collar.  There will be 2 size 46 arriving on Monday….

Glad I was able to grab one of these.  The horsehide is impeccable.  So thick, so heavy, a bit stiff at first like all thick leather but it softens up nicely after wear.

There's the last XL back in stock. Had to return it as I had sleeve issues. Think I need a 25" or at most a 26" sleeve in a jacket. It's sooooo beautiful, it took real effort to return it.

I just received my jacket today, and its absolutely gorgeous, but when I was trying it on I couldn't get it back off.  The zipper won't move past the bottom and unzip.  Anyone have any issues or experience with anything like this?  I've tried yanking it from a bunch of different angles, but extremely heavy duty and won't budge.  It'll move all the way up no problem.

It looks to me like perhaps the right side is one tooth behind the left side, so they're slightly misaligned.

Hmmmmm.  It looks like perhaps it was not aligned when done up.  have you managed to get it it undone/off yet?
