Thanks, G. I'm sure you're more frustrated than I am. Seul: I know you are, but what am I? (Yes, I'm also twelve years' old, if you wondered, lol)

Girl don't get me started… I used to have some Metal Gear Solid related toys... Then I decided to only "collect" beer and well, time makes fools of us all!..

@sabergirl that's really cool. I had the green Luke's Lightsaber and I gave it to my niece.

@louisbosco how expensive do you want it to be? Here's one on ebay for $15, that's a POS: http://m.ebay.com/itm/301974371131?_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=20150313114020&meid=bf63d74e516d49e4adc8b328b6b3859f&pid=100338&rk=3&rkt=29&sd=292019660588&_trksid=p2141725.c100338.m3726&_mwBanner=1

And there's many on amazon and ebay going for $1500 plus.

@TrickHell I love the American Eagle you have there in the picture and your boxing bank.  I need to start a separate thread for antiques. I have quite a few antiques too.

hahaha i had one of those cheap toys before as a kid. when you could swing it around and play fight with it. back then i'd really admired the fragile ones where the lightsaber actually lights up, like one of those proper adult toys collectible. (not adult toys but yeah)  :-\

@Filthy25ozJunkie since you've got a Predator thing going on, I'm assuming that you've seen this picture from Shane Black's Twitter feed of the new movie's cast.

OK, it's completely off-topic, but I expect you to have a collection that includes statues of them before too long. 🙂

The hilt of Count Dooku's lightsaber looks like a real adult toy :-[.

10 years ago I had a massive collection of Transformers (surprise), I used to spend more on them than I ever did on denim. When I got married I sold them all, and my motorcycle, and now I'm just a boring old alcoholic  😠

Eh maybe not. I didn't care for the Predators movie or any of the creature designs in that one.  I guess we'll see.@Graeme:

I liked the Transformer that had the cassette tapes. That one was my favorite.

Ha I did too!  Mine even had the tapes as little mini transformers of their own. Like one unfolded into a mini rino if I remember right

The tapes are the only tranformers that I still have around somewhere. The panther and the bird of prey were my absolute favorites. I'll have to see if I can dig those up. My parents are in the process of downsizing and moving after 40+ years in the same house, so there's been a lot of stuff to sift through from my childhood. I will try to post up some pics of the epic lego project that's been going on their house. My mom decided that it was a great procrastination tool to avoid packing, to separate and sort all the huge boxes of legos from our collection and put together the sets for my nieces to play with.

@louisbosco there are some pretty cool curved sabers that have been made. I was always more into the custom jobs than the movie replicas, but go poke around on the fx-sabers or the custom saber shop forums if you want an idea of what's out there. If you want something for the shelf, or a wall-hanger, curved hilts look wicked, but they're really hard to actually swing around and duel with.

                                          That's cool.

I used to have a copy of Evil Dead 2 on DVD that had a rubber Necronomicon cover. I gave it to a friend when I headed Down Under.
