I also would like an over-engineered waxed canvas jacket, but not a short type III. I'd like something the length of the mid-length Filson & Barbour jackets (and since I'm at it, I'd like a removeable hood on that).

      This!

A waxed N-1 deck jacket (with cord collar instead of alpaca) would be pretty great for spring, or even fall if it had heavy lining. But I could understand the desire for a new silhouette (although it could be a nice change for the N-1 considering it's been whipcord for awhile).

I'm going to go out on a limb here and ask for some heavy chambray or oxford cloth shirts with a button down collar. I'm prepared to be ridiculed for this request but who knew IH would make polo's?  😎

Oxford cotton button down, and a smart vest? Count me in for both [emoji106][emoji106]

I understand he may consider it as being on the edges of the IH aesthetic, but he'd do it so darn well.

I think a blue heavy OCBD (oxford cloth button down) would be killer.  Single pocket, button down collar, chunky white cats-eye buttons  it could literally be the easiest "everyday" wear IH shirt ever.

You can over-engineer anything, right? 😉

Actually I'd prefer a lighter weight OCBD, principally so that I could wear it every day for work, as an alternative to the usual TM Lewin/Gant stuff that I wear.

Heavyweight shirts don't tuck in to trousers easily, and can get too warm in a normal office

With regard to shirts, I'd like a cut with a smaller trunk & waist with regard to the shoulders (that is to say, same shoulder measurements, smaller chest & waist). I understand this is probably not possible, but it doesn't cost anything to ask, eh….
