I don't think it means your mentally ill. I think it's great. I have 3 cats, My Siamese of almost 22years passed away in January. I didn't want to get another, but recently went to the Humane Shelter and adopted another cat, almost 9 months old, really crazy, and will fit in great. I'll post photos soon.

I travel so much for work I haven't been on vacation since I was married. That was like 5 years ago.
Just like 'the cheer for P' thread there needs to be a 'cats for Mike thread' up in this mofo. Haha

I miss my cats desperately when I'm travelling, sometimes I wake up thinking one of them has jumped up on the bed, and then realise they are many miles away. I get really excited at the prospect of seeing them when I'm on my way home!
@ROman - I'm so very sorry you lost your lovely old Siamese, you must have been very sad. Do please post some pics of your new kitten soon, so pleased he/she is fitting in well.
