I also find the FH shoulders way too wide.  It seems like the shirts are made for body builders.

IH has a much more forgiving cut and fits people with narrow shoulder (like myself) as well as those with beer bellies.

I've had issues with an FH shirt as well… If I size down on IH shirts, they fit perfectly... If I'd size down on an FH shirt to try and make up for the wide shoulders, it wouldn't be long enough... So yeah... IH it is

Anyone give this a wash yet?  Shrinkage expected?  I've been beating the crap out of my black one so it's coming due.

Looking at SE website, it says "0.5 inches everywhere", so shrinkage is minimal.  When in doubt, cold/hand wash.

My didn't shrink at all when washed at 30deg.

In regards to shrinking, it doesn't matter if you hand or machine wash.  It's the water temperature and drying temperature that's important.

I sometimes will use my washer on the spin cycle to get rid of some of the water out of my IH stuff so it'll dry faster, and I notice a little more shrinking than if I just let it drip

I suspect this has to do with the weight of the wet fabric stretching itself out on a hanger as it dries

hi Shanks - i would say def go with S.have you checked your sleeve length?

Depends a bit on how you want to wear it. I'm not much bigger than you, I tried both an M and L and went with the L. The M fit me like a proper shirt but would be too small for layering. The L works perfect. The sleeves are long but often cuffed anyway, and it'll shrink just a little when (after a long, long time) it gets washed.

If you want a shirt, you may be safe with an S. If you want an overshirt, I'd recommend an M.

(And I just returned a black M, so there you go.)

i`m so pale i am almost see-through and i can wear the red just fine so i bet you could wear red easily

hey guys, looking for some sizing feedback. here's my fit on the ihsh32. It's a medium.
SelfEdge has one small left, wondering if I should pull the trigger and see which fit I like better…but that also seems like a pain..so I'm wondering what you all think.

I am pretty sure you could fit a small, but the m fits you really well that I think it's not worth the trouble..nice jawns, btw…
