14-16th morning in adelaide…
A potential bad time for me, it's the lead up to the 'Fringe' here in Adelaide.
I'll try and confirm my work schedule in the new year and get back to you.
Do you know where you'll be staying in ADL?

currently not yet. my dates over east are set but my flights aren't book as i'm waiting for a sale from virgin (missed out on the previous sale due to leave approval). i think SYD and ADL dates are definitely interchangeable if necessary, as i'll be driving between these places. any recommendations though?

… any recommendations though?
Can't really give a recommendation (never needed to stay in a hotel in here), maybe somewhere in Adelaide CBD's 'west end'… great food and bar scene.
Regardless of where you decide, as long as you're in the CBD, everywhere is within walking distance.

hmm interesting. i know where to stay in places like melbs or syd but i don't think i've ever been to adelaide before. will look about and see what's what.
-
no worries. i'll check in with you closer to the date

Safely returned to Paris after an amazing (but extremely short) visit to Gosport and London.
Thank you Giles, and Paula and Danny, and Junior for everything you do.
Good catching up with the old IHUK crew and the new ones too!

AND @Tempvs, how could I forget you, my New Bengal wingman (or am I yours?)!

Some great cafés down the 'East End'!
i'll definitely check it out. have about a full day and a bit. just realised that adelaide isn't really that big, first time, so would be looking forward!

Like I said in the PM, Adelaide is a walking city. You could walk from end to end, no problem!
-
@louisbosco, I'll PM you an extensive list of cafés worth checking out.
-
@dylantbmayes cheers mate. thanks for the effort. with that said, first day i'll arrive from melbs, probably reach in the evening after a full day's drive, one full second day and the last day i'll probably have to leave for the next long leg to sydney..
-
london, manchester or paris in september anyone?

I'll see you in Gosport
