Ordered the DMT Jacquard shirt from Self Edge.  Excited to get my hands on a brand I'm not familiar with, and add something new into this seasons mix since Iron Heart and Mister Freedom have been dominating my purchases.

Awesome!  I pulled the trigger on the orange/maroon DMT Fri morning and am excited for Monday's del.

Both the fabrics colorways look great from the few photos I could find.  Looking forward to seeing what they did with the shoulder seam details, working with the 'raglan sleeves' idea.

If the sizing was a bit bigger I'd try out one of those DMT jacquard shirts.
Post some pictures and impressions once you get it!

Agreed. I also went with the orange and should have mine on Monday as well.  Besides the fabric/weave itself the shoulders are what is most intriguing to me about this shirt.

Would love to see some fit pics on the DMT jacquard shirt.  I am a little bit concerned about the "slim tailored fit", particularly in the mid-section area.

I'll have mine tomorrow and will try to get a fit pick and my impressions of the fit compared to IH shirts posted asap.

Yeah, they killed it!  Fun stuff on so many levels.

The shirt is fitted, but I dig the cut and think if you're used to IH's modern fit you'll be fine.

I wear a Large in IH's UHFs and a medium in many of their older shirts (13, 33, 85, etc) and went with a Large here.  5'11" 165lbs for reference.

The shoulder triangle seams, the hidden button on the sleeve placket, the fabric's reversal on the inside, and all the nuances I'm sure to yet discover…fun stuff indeed!

Received mine yesterday as well.  On Kiya's advice I sized up to a medium (I typically take a small in Iron Heart, Mister Freedom, etc.).  For reference I'm just under 6'1" and weigh 155 lbs. I am very pleased with the fit.  There is a subtle taper in the shirt and feels a bit more form fitting in the back when sitting than a UHF.  Sleeve length is nearly the exact same as my IHSH-155 (small) and I have very close to the same amount of room in the chest.  Length is a bit longer (maybe an inch max).

The shoulder seams are a very cool detail.  It's essentially a raglan sleeve with a seam/dart that creates a structured shoulder similar to what you'd find on a suit jacket.  It creates a very cool tailored effect to the shirt.

On top of that the fabric is insane.  Very detailed and complicated weave that creates a nice depth to the shirt.

                      Pics to come….

                            I don't like the price. 😞 😞 😞

If asking for so much money, why not using more special hardware (Waldes, Talon, Riri etc.) instead of YKK?

+1 - I love the pattern, love the shaping and love the shoulders.

Im confused why they don't make very large sizes though… through my little understanding of the company, it seems like it's some American Dudes making clothes in Japan... so I figured it would be more western sizing... or at least a Chest size over 44" inches on their shirts...

If the had their DMT shirts available in a similar Iron Heart XXXL size, I would have picked them up immediately.
