I saw Rain and Tyler repair some Storm Cuffs on a MFSC deck Jacket, so in sure they could help you alter the arms on an IH one.  Plus, they are right near you so you could get exactly what you want bespoke style

That's actually a very good idea - I hadn't thought of them doing the alterations.  I'll shoot them an email and see what they say.
