In my experience chest measurements for type III's should be near measurements for westerns. That often (but not always) means sizing up.

Thanks for that insight as well.  So if I go by that logic then yes, sizing up to XXL would be right on the money….plus give me a bit more length too.

Many thanks gents ! Here are some better fit pics over a tshirt. I sized up so I could wear over UHFs too, which should be fine given the shoulders and sleeves aren't super tight.

@manufc10 - thanks dude. I was working this AM and our athletes were doing back squats so I wore stretchy pants. Just some Volcom Stretch chinos I wear skating that have a lot of give and look somewhat decent most of the time.
