I have been keeping an eye out for that Spencer's Trappiste from MA. I can get as much as anyone wants, it's about $15 per 4 pk.

Drinking Oerbier… Too good... @den1mhead - how did it treat ya?..

Visited our warehouse last week to do some inventory. Found a few gems. Some vintage bottles we naturally had to bring home and taste. http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/le-trou-du-diable-buteuse-brassin-special-brandy-oak/98596/ for example. Three years old. Pretty fucking good..

I've never tried a fresh one. Actually I've never tried any of the older ones we found fresh.. Sadly. Nothing to compare. http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/le-bilboquet-mackroken-flower/49107/ was excellent as well.

It's light at just over 6%, but it is so hot here that I'm diggin' fruit beers and especially fresh fruit beers from Colorado, cause I eat these peaches everyday anyway right now. Given that quiet desperation for refreshment, I find it quite refreshing. But it is no dephine

It was my first time having it, definitely not the last. I liked The Sixth Glass from Boulevard a touch more, but each is a solid brew in it's own right. Anyone had their Tell-Tale Tart?
It's refreshing but I don't remember it being all that sour. Depends what you are looking for IMO.

Some beers from this long holiday weekend.
Deep Ellum Easy Peasy IPA. Very drinkable session IPA from Dallas.
Jester King Nocturne Chrysalis. Speaks for itself!
Jester King & Live Oak Kollaborationsbiermittschechischemhopfenundwilderbakterienhefekombination (or just Kollaborationsbier for short). Really represents what both breweries are doing, which I love in a collaboration beer!
Stone 20th Anniversary Citracado IPA. Pretty tasty, better than a lot of the current Stone offerings. Strong too.
Fantôme Saison. This beer makes me want to move to Belgium yesterday. If I could drink this all the time I'd die a happy man! -
