the 70s are so way way better than any Chucks Converse did release in the last 30 or so years. Never liked the old ones, but these you can easy wear for hike without any pain, or whatsoever… And imo also the silhouette is better....

Full agreement. Never liked the standard ones either and only had the slim-editions from a few years back before (so fekkin uncomfortable >:(). But the 70s are a whole different league. Can only recommend, too!

I like the Converse 70s as well. Do you think the improved support has anything to do with Nike owning them? They bought them back in 2003.

Maybe just a protective spray would work. Same stuff keeps then water/stain resistant aswell
