Went Navy! Pink prints don't come around often. I got both that are out this year. Though I like the black and aqua that is out this year too. Still hoping to get one of the tees with that scheme.

Is it just me or does the ptp measure on size L is a little weird? Should it be 21.9?

I've just checked the remaining L's that we have in stock and the chart was pretty accurate, although i've updated it to reflect the average P2P of the five that are still available. They were pretty much spot on 21 inches other than one that was at 21.5. We don't have any M's in stock for comparison.
This does sometimes happen, where two concurrent sizes are close in measurements, and isn't something that is by design but more down to different individuals doing the sewing or, as Giles just put it, "a bit of a f**k-up". As with all sizing variance it can be a help or a hinderance but if there is a specific measurement you need just let us know and we can look for the closest option.
