Yep, looks like a DIY dye job on an old 21oz riders jacket. You can occasionally see those older type rider jackets with similar tag and two button collar latch for sale on the japanese Yahoo auctions site.

@den213 I agree with @tmg ,first of all the "W" on the back pocket is much more rigid and boxy than any I've seen in any piece of IH clothing.
Another thing is I own a pair of he 25oz BB and the stitching on the back pocket, at least on mine, is dark blue.
I could be wrong but these look suspicious….

Total shit fake. Pocket is off, patch looks cheap, W is at an angle. Garbage!!

Stamp looks fake on the ouside and on the leather-insole + the story behind the shoes
At least it looks sketchy. -
Have a look at the stitching, the stamp, the wrong color and also shiny leather like dress shoes
Nearly all sellers of fakes didn´t show the white label from inside the tongue and didn´t have a shoe box…
f. e., the real 9875 looks nearly like the original 875 and not like a glossy 8138.
