Tried a couple of beers from Brøggeren last night. A pleasant surprise indeed, great beers. Especially their stout (http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/broggeren-birkestout/259286/) and sour (http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/broggeren-hyben-rose/428953/) were amazing. Certainly a brewery to keep an eye on.

Dunno if you can get this or not @Seul but I just opened it and it's really great.
I would drink this every single day if I had a fridge full of it! Wow.

Also I'm going to make it to the Montmorency vs. Balaton release this weekend, two bottles per person per day. Hoping to get at least four bottles, maybe more if y'all want one!

I've had the Amorous and the Oblivion and liked them both.  The other offerings from Wicked Weed look interesting.

Bought another fridge and a thermostate to go with it… This will be my winter fridge... 13C° and stacked to the max

Plan still is to buy much less but much more expensive beers… Basically: buy what I drink... It's going great, only at this rate I should be drinking about 35 beers a day...

Soft carbonation. No funk, no sourness. Pretty much nothing, actually.
