Bummed that I missed the large charcoal.  If anyone has a change of heart, please let me know.  Guessing that no more will ever appear.

The western version in olive is still one of the best looking shirts by IH, imo. Beautiful fabric, and the black snaps were perfect.

I prefer the workshirt optic in this fabric, gives it more of a military look.

Just got my olive 154 in, it's a lot more green in person compared to the photos online.
And it's a difficult shirt to capture the true color of as you can see in these photos!
That's not a bad thing, it's a really nice shade of olive. I'm always skeptical when it comes to wearing this color with my skin tone but I think I actually like this a lot on me. A bit heavy, but that could have to do with how stiff/crunchy it feels out of the blue bag. Might give it a soak to see if it softens up a little bit before wearing.
A little snug in the midsection, just a reminder that I should lose some weight.  😠 Better get on that.

Got my XL 154 today…Not sure about the fit. I need the shoulder width but the sleeves look too baggy and long. Might depend on wether it shrinks a good amount or not. (Pardon the sweatpants)

the sleeve length might shrink a bit, but I don't think that there will be any shrinkage in the wide… so if they now too baggy for your liking, they will be after as well...

I agree. That is a cracking fit in the shoulders and body, but the sleeves do look a tad too long.
Could you get away with any shrinkage in the body, to allow for shrinkage in the sleeves?

Yes, I certainly could. Would have preferred the 22 " chest of the Large anyway, but then the shoulders would not have worked. I'll try to take a proper picture with Jeans outside. But I'm really not sure right now wether I can get used to the long sleeves.

If the sleeves didn't work out after a wash, I don't think a short-sleeve 154 would look shabby one little bit. 😉

Oh yes, you're right! That would be a great alternative (but an expensive one). In this case I might benefit from slightly baggy sleeves.

For that price tag it should either be good to superb for you or go back.

It is simply to expensive for "ok" and from my own experience I can tell you, that it won't see much wear in that case.
