Don't size down mate, mine shrank quite a bit when hot washed. Plus when it softens the fit relaxes.. Not teaching you anything there.

From my experience with DD, you'll get half a size down with agitation and a perfect fitting vest

P2P went down 2cm = 0.787 inches, soaked in at the start boiling hot water, for 15-20 minutes
