I allways wash my UHFs on 30 degrees C with only 600 RPM spinning at the end. Not exactly giving 'em Hell.

So far I had only minimal shrinkage in my shirts, if any.

This shirt is excellent. Colorway is spot on (and perfect for LA). Anyone concerned about the "sleeve issue" shouldn't be; they're a touch longer than the 127 but nothing you'd notice. Lifetime of regular wear coming for this one. Kind of can't believe these aren't sold out already.

(Edit: don't post much but I'll add that I'm usually a L in UHFs and sized up to XL on this one; glad I did)

@cole I would suggest sizing up. Body looks short and it will shrink a bit over time. The shoulders look a bit tight as well.

Received my xl today. Sleeves were noticeably longer on me compared to my 127. I did a warm wash and it snugged up enough to where it feels right. Measured at 26.5 inches post wash.

Define warm wash. 40 degree Celsius?

Sorry, I don't know the exact temperature. I used the warm/cold option on my washer and tumble dried with low heat.

Anybody done a cold soak yet?
I ordered the XXL and it fits great except I could use a little length in the back. I read in the 127 UHF thread about someone cold soaking and hang drying and getting an extra .25" in body length.

Unfortunately I have nothing to size up to as the XXXL are just a hair longer than XXL.

Any thoughts? Perhaps the length is fine and I'm over thinking it.

A cold soak will do no much change, if any. I had to wash my 101 TG twice at 60-70 degrees to shrink it significantly. That said, I think the length is totally fine. The arms could rather use some shrinkage IMO.

@Max Power Thank you for the feedback! My main concern was with the body length, I can live with the sleeves at this point. But you have reassured my anxiety about possibly having to return this amazing piece of clothing.

Ahhhhh!  Happy to report I just received my XL!  Glad I sized up, it feels great right now and I'm certain it could withstand a hot trip in the washing machine.  Love the slightly longer sleeves, very nice touch.  This flannel is beautiful, a true work of art.

@steelworker @johnny5799 Thanks guys.  I think I was just over thinking. This is hands down the best flannel I've ever owned, and I've owned many over the years.

Really stoked to get this broken in once the weather here starts to cool down in the fall.

Looking forward to the other colors in September!

Really cool color, pictures don't do this shirt justice.  For some reason this UHF feels softer, more felt like, than my 101s or 127. 
So glad I bit the bullet and pulled the trigger!
