just read the whole post, what a wonderful trip and interesting read. thank you

short answer for the large roll of weft and warp threads been together is
even when cottons are picked and processed in the same places every time
there is always slight difference, however small they maybe. The ones done today
will never be the same as  tomorrow etc…... [ temperature, humidity, tension…..]

if your incredibly AN_L and particular which i am so i know this answer you would want
both weft and warp to have the same "Character" or "personality" at the end when weaving.

now who wants to hear the long haha….
