2014: good batch. You can cellar it, you can drink it right away… It's a good quad, although I heavily prefer the Reserva but I don't wanna piss on your parade

I picked up a couple more BFM beers tonight, one being the Bon-Chien from 2013 since I liked the 2014 so much. And the other being a beer I can't seem to find any information on. It's their grand cru aged in oak barrels. I see other several other variants listed online but not the oak barrel version. Here's the label:


I like the "very limited edition" part.
Also drinking this right now, gotta say pretty underwhelming…

Have you had the gueuze cuvée rené from Lindemans? I saw it at the store the other day and thought about picking it up.

Compared to other geuzes, it just bombs. I reckon lots of people disagree with me saying it sucks (eg. it has a 100% score on RB), but I don't care… Stick to the big names...

Just had a Stille Nacht 2014 - yes it's like fortified cider with candi sugar added... But dear GODS is it good...
