I have these already, and they definitely deserve to be a chino! This is some serious fabric

This pic is maybe 30mins after putting them on. By the end of the day, they were far more relaxed and comfy. Very right weave, and extremely unique fabric. I've never seen anything like this before. Amazingly casual look, while at the same time, I'm SURE this will make a serious pair of work pants

*For reference, I chose my 666XHS size (33). I'm not recommending this to other people here, just merely stating a reference point for my particular experience.

These look pretty amazing. If I had the cash I'd definitely rotate these with normal denim.

To be honest, while they are purrrrty. Got to have some balls to wear white or slight off white jeans. Either got to keep em nice and clean, or get em gnarly dirty! Saw a pair that was thrashed, greasy and oily, they looked great.

Really like the feel and look on these. I can actually push the envelope and wear them to the office. The only issue I ran into was the sizing. They are very very snug around the waist. I am a 34 waist. 34 is generally perfect, not snug at all and not to lose. I wonder if the lower rise is the issue? Not sure. Hopefully I can get them to stretch a bit in the top block.

Yes, the lower rise is exactly what the issue is.  The lower the rise on the jeans the bigger the waist measurement you will need.  It's just how the human body is.  On a straight fit jean with a higher rise I can wear a smaller waist size than I can on a lower rise/slimmer fitting pair of jeans.  Usually about an 1"-1.5" difference I would say.

Just got my pair the other day … Floored by the material. I took tag 33 ... Snug is the word ... But the material has a bit of stretch to it ... Thinking these should fit well after a couple of times around the block.

I did a cold wash with very light spin. I did not take any measurements. They did snugg up a bit, but stretched back to normal after wearing them. I actually wear them to the office now during the warmer months, and they are dirt magnets. I will be washing them again soon. NYC subways def leave their mark.
