My friend Zhivago just got the Busters today and all I can say is wow...these things are fucking sick (pardon my language).  Love the stitching on the rear and the knife pocket is pretty trick, although with jeans this fitted I'm not sure how you could actually pull the knife out very quickly.
I wear a 34 in the 634S and they have stretched to almost 36".  They are a tad loose in the waist and the overall fit is fairly relaxed but not frumpy.  You could check a pic at the "My Favorite Rugged Wear" section of the site.
Well, I tried on his pair of 36"s and they fit like a glove.  By glove I mean very snug glove.  Very fitted/tight in the seat and thighs.  Much slimmer than I expected.  My 34 in the 634 is perfect, and I would absolutely go 36" in these.  34 would be WAY too tight.

Also - please keep in mind how long you have been wearing the jeans that you are wearing right now,

If you have had a pair of 643s for let´s say 6 months or even longer - chances are those run about 1-2 inches bigger in the waist by now…plus, if you have been wearing the same jeans for a long time you might not even notice that your actual waist isn´t the same as it was a year ago.

So if in doubt - remeasure your actual waist / jeans - and size accordingly..

I tucked in the Sebenza in the knife pocket - no work today, just going to "the city" for some trashing (pointing and laughing at Levi's jeans will happen), but I always wear it... Just leaving the cord out for a quick draw... Excellent stuff...

which has a fuller thigh?  The dc4001 or the beatle busters.  I know the thigh measurements show its larger on the dc4001 but then that would mean the dc4001 have a fuller thigh than the 634s which it is not.  So the dc4001 are at the slimmest I can go.  They are skintight when I got them and they have stretched out just a pinch in the thigh.  I am wondering if I could even get in my tts in the bb.
