It's apparent that I may be taller than the previous guys on the tour, honeycombs and knee fades are a wee bit off.

Had another chiropractor appointment today, and right as I'm walking out the door the postman hands me a package I've been breathlessly awaiting: an IHSH-04! I have wanted this shirt, in this color way, forever. It's beautiful.  The jeans are pretty nice, too.

This is the only night off that my wife and I share (yay service industry!). We're starting things off right at the Bywater with a powers and a goose island ipa.

The Bywater is a local watering hole down by the French Broad River. It's just getting into the season where we'll be spending a lot of time out here. You can arrive by boat, tube, foot, bike, or car, and then enjoy the sunshine by the river in the shadow of the blue ridge mountains.

Glad everyone's enjoying my sorta humdrum existence, while I'm convalescing. Today, I went to the doctor. Good news is she doesn't think I need an MRI, and gave me the go-ahead to work, if I feel like it. Physical therapy will start soon. Otherwise, I'm just driving around, running some errands.
