Today I arrived in Radstock UK to be collected by den1mhead and Black Orchid. I travelled in style to the UK but it's great to be free again. Wondering what's in store for me ?

Anyway I've arrived in Coleford which is where B&J live (den1mhead & Black Orchid) so lets see whats in store 

@trail and arrow packaged me well for my journey to the UK

Ok so I asked den1mhead for a recce of the area where he lives and he took me on a run with him. Luckily for me his puppy Foxy was left chewing a pigs ear . . .

We had rain, sleet and sun on our run.

den1mhead and Black Orchid are running the Frome half marathon and 10km, respectivley, on 17th July 2016 to raise money for The Ronald McDonald House Bristol Charity.
