Cheers mate, this island is so beautiful that every pic I take looks like it just came out of a holiday brochure.
From what I see a big Congratulations is in order to you for your great news.
As for the workout, clean eating and 3 sessions a week. Mentally tough at first because I used to go twice a day 5 times a
Week. But family is the most important -

Just got back from the Alsace. Wine re-stocked.
Seul, can't buy beer in February and March so you buy wine instead. I like where your heads at!
