Love Cult of Fire and Batushka! Finest black metal last year was probably M'gla and Misthyrming.

^Sadly, none of them clicked for me. Listened to both when they came out. I also never understood the Leviathan hype.

They stopped being a grindcore band and having a drum machine, and sound like a more talented Eyehategod.

Scar Sighted wasn't a good album, but you might wanna blast Massive Conspiracy again… And the Lurker of Chalice s/t... Never liked the demos of either band though...
