@Max Power - i believe @Haddtoo 555 got something like 5 inches of stretch out of his 23oz Serge pants recently, so the potential is definitely there! Im accounting for about 1in stretch - which would be perfect and comfy for shorts for me.

Gonna put these through the ringer this summer at the gym - this will be a fun project!

Mike.  H was just using a couple of rolls of fabric that he had lying around.  He did not even bother asking me for pre-orders, he just made what he could….
