My old Lee 23oz jeans…
Fit: wide 13’’ thigh, 9’’ knee, and perfect tapper to 8’’ hem. Overall a good versatile cut.
Feel: I believe also long staple cotton denim, pocket bags aren’t though, Pilling like crazy… Super stiff denim, makes my BB’s feel like flannel bed pants (not really, BB’s are softer than my flannel bed pants)… yes they can stand up witout me... That being said I haven’t worn my Lee’s much since I got my BB’s…
Fade: I like the fade…
Overall pretty nice jeans, but certainly not iron heart…

I was about to start a thread about Lee 101 but am glad there is already one and exactly about the item I may want information on. The Lee 101 Z cut is simply gorgeous (for my liking) as it's comfortable in the top and has the right amount of taper. I had many raw pairs of the Z and the quality is getting every time worse unfortunately. I've slept on the 23 oz edition from a couple of years ago and would grab one if they would've rerun them. Maybe anyone has some information about it (the inside printing on the front pockets of the newer editions says 'Lee 101 offers denim up to 23 oz', a hint? Lee's customer service is also not the best as they didn't reply to my numerous question about this…

i ilke the look and cut of these… if they'd still produce this i'd probably buy it. had the a 13,75 oz version but wanted something heavier so i sold em to spend the money on IH.
