Loving this vest. Picked it up thanks to all the great photos everyone is sharing! It's a bit tight around my belly right now, but looks killer unbuttoned over the red ombre anyways…

So, what's the trick to getting the buttons to pick up that cool looking discoloration/corrosion?

IMHO vests should be SUPER fitted. I love mine, but I could have definitely gone tighter as I never button the bottom 1 or 2 buttons anyways -

Thanks for the kind words - I will say the DD vest is quite "smart" for a work vest!  My only wish is that it will stay "crisp" and unfaded for a while, but at the rate that I have been wearing it, it will be a pulp sooner than later haha

@Appfaff have you considered hot washing it (assuming you haven't done so yet)? Judging from other members' feedback it can shrink quite a bit….

Thanks for the input @zatenm and I'm glad you like my recent pairings!- I might give it a scalding soak to see if I can shrink it down a bit.  I had some issues with a lot of markings when I washed my old LBS, so this vest might not see the inside of a washer for quite a bit…

Gave mine a hot soak yesterday… trying to get it to dry so I can wear tonight... will post my findings

After a hot soak and hot rinse in he tub, It definitely feels a tab more snug, but it wasn't a ton of shrinkage - Mainly in length and the tightness of the pockets as far as I can tell.  The shoulders don't seem to balloon as much either.
