I've owned their Wilderness Ruck since last Christmas.  It has treated me very well so far.  The waxed canvas ages quite nice.  Really pleased with the size of the pack.  Some you see look awkwardly small when worn, but the TG ruck is a very good mid-size pack.

Side note, after about 3 weeks of daily, but light use, one of the rivets securing a shoulder strap popped out.  Customer service was great.  Sent it down to them at their expense, they properly set the rivet, and sent it back to me the next day (not a common thing for the pack and they were very apologetic).
