This week I received my first ever order directly from IHUK. It consisted of the IHWE-Build-3, some engineer boot socks, and some chup santa socks. I ordered Friday morning and Monday they were sitting on my porch in South Carolina. No bullshit, no mess, I gave them money and they shipped the shit out in a timely manner without charging me a dime for it.

These were my first Wescos ever. Id never ordered before because I honestly have never had a good experience with custom anything and the prospect of spending close to a grand on something that could be absolutely the wrong size that would be then unreturnable was, to say the least, a massive fucking turnoff.

Man I'm so glad I bit the bullet and went with one of Giles configs. These boots are absolutely gorgeous. The construction honestly shits on my whites. Its not a fair comparison at all. New domain leather is off the chart beautiful. Id say it falls in between chromexcel and calf. It has the surface hardness and depth of color of calf with the flexibility of CXL. It smells really good aswell. For christmas I ordered these wescos, a pair of lone wolfs, and in november i ordered a custom pair of whites nomads that still arent here but i cant see them being anywhere near as impressive.

If anyone is on the fence about wescos or ordering from ironheart I wholeheartedly endorse both. Wesco builds a beautiful boot that immediately demonstrates the reason for the cost difference when handled in person.

Giles seems like a great dude who accepted alot of my money and didnt turn around and immediately make me regret it. He delivered his product to the other side of the globe, at christmas time, for free, in a time frame that would have impressed me in the middle of june from two states away.
If you want a pair of wescos but are unsure about the size or style, i cant see how you could possibly do any better than to get one of the custom configs IH has up on their site. Just stay the fuck away from the 8.5 olive/black tie jobmasters. This friday they are mine. I will fight you.

Thanks bro… more like I was bad this year but i dealt with enough shitheads that it cancelled out.

Anybody know if wesco will still stamp the old school logo on request???

This 'old school' logo is actually one used (exclusively?) by Wesco Japan, so that's probably a no for on request.

                  Care to clarify, @Dylansboss#2 🙂

I apologize if it has been asked before. I ran some searches the other night but was probably too drunk to go at it properly.

Good afternoon gentlemen! I finally purchased my first pair of Wesco Boots. I needed a new pair of dedicated motorcycle riding boots(these will get some hard usage) so I went with their "Boss" engineer style model, with a few custom mods. They are as follows-
Cordovan(Was told by some fellas on here who know much more about Wesco Boots, the correct color is Burgandy Domain leather, if it's was called "hooker in with a red dress domain leather" I'd be fine with that.. My boot collection is getting quite colorful-plenty of black, a couple of Browns, indigo blue and now this purty color no matter what's it's name is,lol!)throughout
                                  Motor Patrol last
                                  Vibram 705 half soles &
                                  Double midsole dyed brown
                                  Extra long instep strap
I am very much looking forward to experiencing what y'all have been talking about as far as craftsmanship and high line materials. If any other members would like to share a picture or two and a description of their Wesco Boss' that would be fantastic! Also would anyone know how and where to order custom brass roller buckles for these boots? Thanks in advance and when the boots arrive and some miles have been put on them I'll let y'all know what I think of them!
