Nope. I have the XXL and I'm 6' 200lbs. It all depends on your measurements, but I wouldn't go for a large.
Really loving this jacket. My first Iron Hear item as my MBB's are still being made. Great fit and I really dig the color.
Had to geek out with a standing pick right?
