Snagged a Crew Neck Sweat from SE this week. Was a bit worried about the fit, but turned out exactly how I wanted.
Pre wash:
Post wash and half low tumble / half air dry:
And for those who are interested. Here are he measures I got. Don't ask me how it "stretched" in some places and shrink in others. Probably just from "trying it on" gave it some initial stretch.

Looking good Appfaff! I assume you are wearing an XL? You are right, some places stretched while others have shrunk - in all the right places! I just started to wear mine recently, will have to wash it to get all the shrinkage out.

It was a toss up between this or the Buzz version but my wife said she liked this one better. She has good taste I guess haha

Hah thanks guys - I actually wanted the oatmeal, but it was all sold out online at SE. Figured grey was the next mist versatile.

A few weeks back I had a chance to stop by SEPDX. They had some of the SG 5109/5105. This denim is probably one of the most interesting I've had the privilege to see and looks like it would have some very cool fade potential. Does anyone have a pair with some TLC given to them?
I see some really great progress shots but was wondering is anyone has a pair that have really taken a beating?
Also, for the current owners, how do you like em?

I love 'em. Very interesting denim, loads of character, I've not seen another denim like it. It's a great summer denim because it's a bit lighter and loosely woven so it breathes well. Be aware that they shrink a lot in the width measurements.

A little close for me @chen321 but I'm sure will be an excellent fit. I may need a pair of strike golds, just have to see how the pocketsystem make my a$$ look. . .

I agree with all of this. I only wash cold because of that reason. They do stretch fairly easy tho. Cool denim for sure. Ill try and take some pics of mine tomorrow. Been washed 2-3 times and worn for 5-6mons

Stumbled on a pair of Strike Gold SG009LTD "Deep Indigo" Limited Jeans & I might be sort of in love with the rough denim. holidays are kicking my a$$ so images maybe after boxing day & before old years night . . .
oh I washed & they didn't shrink nearly as much as stated on the size chart -

random monday moment, i saw a pair of The Strike Gold these that should be coming out pretty soon that have some of the most incredible denim I've seen . . . EVER.
just great denim, if i didn't have a new pair i would be all over them.
sorry no idea on name or release date, just know they were in SENY as a sample & if the real product is half as good as the sample they have knocked it out the park
