The waist will ease. The nutsack battering will never stop.

      @takashi78:

Wanted to give my opinion on the jeans here.

      1st time raw denim wearer.

Had one hot wash/soak with a few rounds of cold water rinse.

Surprised at how much the waist shrunk. Hope it will loosen up a bit.
Length wise i didnt notice much shrinkage though.

Now the thigh is fitted and no room left when i sit down.
Its well bloody tough to bend my knees to wear my shoes, how do you guys do it? LOL !

Dissapointed at the leather patch. Quite a few cracking on it.
Even after applying some RW leather oil (light coat) it didnt do it much good i feel.

Not too much a fan of double cuff so i think i will hem the length bit more to a single cuff style.

Oh and the crouch area feels like someone is grabbing my nutsacks LOL…...

Living in Asia so it does get bit hot wearing the jeans outside.
All in all i i think i got bout 15-20 wears out of them before they needed a wash.

It's all a matter of opinion. Kind of like the steep claims I make about Iron Heart 25oz denim being the very best denim ever.

Interesting. In my limited experience of IH denim & duck the 18oz. DD is my favorite.

I mean Indigo Indigo. Mea culpa.

@steelworker @Giles I didn't even know that these were a thing until you pointed it out. No shit. I just got a pair today. I've been having a problem with my knees and I might have to give the 25oz xhs a break for a while. Glad to have found something lighter, and yet interesting to check out. Thanks.

Thanks for my new duds @Sam They are awesome. I love how deep the indigo is on them, how uniform and smooth the weave is, how soft the hand is on them, and these fit terrific. I had my eye on a pair of cobalt blue PBJs for a while, so I am so glad that there's these. They're exactly what I wanted. Thanks everyone.

The 666 cut is definitely my favourite. It's fits right in all the places it's supposed to. Anyway, am treating myself to a new pair of jeans for my birthday (I'm nice to myself like that sometimes) and I don't know where to start. Once upon a time back when I bought my first pair of IH it was a choice between the 634s, 666 and BBs. The business has come on so much in such a short period of time that opting for the 666 is just the beginning.

There's so much to choose within the cut. I really like these though and the 666 21oz and the ducks. I like the Rivet and Hide collaboration too. The definition of first world problems of course but I'm like a duck in thunder when it comes to choosing. Oh…the UHRs ain't half bad either. Oh for the simpler times when you decided 666  and that was it. Choice made!

I liked the R&H-666-collabo as well (nice stealth-arcs!). If I were you I'd go for the UHR since it might have an uncertain future.

I washed my IHXB01-25 and they shrunk so much they're WAY TOO TIGHT to deal with now. (Beer drinking and eating season) the good news is these are very comfy, roomy, and super soft. Even after just 3 days of wear. Fading like crazy, and constant blue hands.  Should be a pretty interesting evolution. 🙂

Sadly the combs have started to crack on my right leg. I need to put some stitches into them to keep it at bay. they tend to crack on all my jeans. Even the ones I have washed alot.

I tried to take some photos yesterday of my pair and Enells pair. But we took the pictures during the afternoon when light was really bad.
The photos did not turn out very great. We need to redo it soon I think.
                                            Anyway. Here are the picture.

Enell has soaked his pair one more time since last time and I have washed my pair in a machine (30 degrees).
