It's all a matter of opinion. Kind of like the steep claims I make about Iron Heart 25oz denim being the very best denim ever.

In my limited experience of IH denim the 18oz.DD  is my favorite.

I've enjoyed most things from Amager and they def know how to make a good stout.

It's amazing. When I started with the gueuze this spring I bought som Boon and some St Louis.. and thought, "ok these are different" but not "wow, these are great". Then I tried Tilquin and was blown away.

I've now invested in Tilquin Squared, a plum Tilquin and a 2012 Tilquin. They are stored away for next summer.

Otherwise I've been off the pace recently, drinking standards and favourites. But the monopoly in my town have just got in 163 xmas beers from Belgium, Denmark, the US, the UK and of course Norway. Amongst other things the sneaky buggers have saved some of last years crackers, cellared them and brought them out again. So I've picked up all of Nøgne's xmas beers, already aged one year. Also one year old versions of Delirum's xmas beer and some of Mikkelers funky brews.

All of this is coming to a beer thread near you soon, but first, this:
