G, just out of curiosity i take it that these come up rather small (i.e iI would need xxxl rather than xxl - my normal vest size)?

I went xxl, I can button all the way with comfort.  I think XL would look fine, but would cut off some of my vital organs

It looks good on you tmg and as you mentioned, it really is a versatile piece. I have worn mine over just a tee and to Christmas Eve dinner. I'm glad this vest is getting the attention it deserves, it really is good!
