IHSH-106 - Quilt Lined Selvedge Chambray Western Shirts

^ With regards to the last post, a word to the wise; this was washed at 40 degrees with a medium spin cycle (1000rpm I think). It has shrunk about an inch in length and about half an inch in the sleeves. It does not appear to have shrunk in the chest or shoulders.

No probs, Max. I thought it might be useful info for some. I'm guessing it was the spin rather than the temp that caused the shrinkage.
Mine was weirdly long so it doesn't ruin it for me, luckily. Had it shrunk much in the chest I'd be trouble.

As mine is rather short and tight, I might just go for handwash. Though I hoped a machine wash would help me get rid of the dye smell, that is still somewhat noticeable.

You have both the black and the brown, no? I love my brown but I wish I'd picked up the black as well…
I think handwashing will help get rid of the sulphur smell too. Alternatively 30 degrees and 600 spin cycle with just a touch of detergent.

You guys inspired me to break mine out today.
No sulphur smell here.

Last black medium on the way. Happy Birthday to me!

Noticed someone posted an XXXL brown on eBay in case someone was after one!

@Max:
Funny thing, @Max Power … As I was reading this thread, I saw your picture and thought "huh, that building looks familiar."
I spent a week in Hanover, Nuremberg & Hof in 2009 for work and snapped a picture from the same bridge. Beautiful city and country!
Ok, back to shirts…
